Fixed price per project, agreed upfront. We scope carefully before quoting so there are no surprises. For ongoing work like maintenance and support, we use a monthly retainer. We don't bill hourly — it creates the wrong incentives.
Most projects land between 4 and 12 weeks depending on scope. A focused internal tool or marketing site can ship in 4 weeks. A full web application with integrations is usually 8–12. We'll give you a specific timeline in the scope document.
You do, completely. All code, design files, and infrastructure configurations are yours from day one. We don't build on proprietary frameworks or hold anything back. You can take the repo and hand it to another developer at any point.
We offer a maintenance retainer for ongoing updates, dependency upgrades, monitoring, and incident response. You're never locked in — but most clients stay because it's easier than onboarding a new contractor for every small change.
Yes, entirely. We work async by default and schedule live calls only when they're genuinely useful. We've worked with clients across multiple time zones without it slowing anything down.
